How to download your files

1. After purchase, you will receive two emails — an order confirmation and a separate “Your downloads are ready” email. The download email may land in your junk or spam folder, so be sure to check there if you don’t see it in your inbox!
2. Click the download link in the “Your downloads are ready” email to download a ZIP file containing all your sticker designs
3. On a computer: Double-click the ZIP file to extract all the PNG files into a folder
4. On iPhone/iPad: Once downloaded, press and hold the ZIP file — a menu will appear with the option to Uncompress or Show in Enclosing Folder. Tap either one to access and view your sticker files. You can also tap the ZIP file in your Files app to unzip it automatically.
5. On Android: Use a free app like Files by Google to open and extract the ZIP
